Cardiology - Appointments
Services are provided on an appointment only basis. Please call 2 months in advance to schedule any routine appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as possible. Our doctors rotate their responsibilities between the hospital and our offices. Due to the nature of the practice, emergencies do occur. Please be patient if your appointment is temporarily interrupted due to an emergency.
- Bring all current medications with you.
- In order to curtain costs and avoid unnecessary repetition of tests, please ask your physician to send with you copies of your most recent lab studies, (EKG, chest x-ray, etc.).
- We appreciate your confidence in us and if you have any complaints or suggestions, we would like to hear from you. Please remember that your good health is always our main concern.
