Pulmonologist and Intensivist for St. John’s Regional Medical Center and St. John’s Medical Group since August 2004. Dr. Ahmed is accepting new patients.

Duties include providing critical care consultation to 12 bed Intensive Care Unit, 12 bed Coronary Care Unit and 12 bed Cardiovascular Unit. In addition pulmonary consultation are provided to the regular floor patients in the hospital and to out-patients St. John’s Medical Group.

Flexible Bronchoscope: including airway survey, endobronchial biopsy, transbronchial biopsy, transbronchia needle aspiration (TBNA), bronchial brush, bronchia wash, bronchoalveolar levage (BAL) and foreign body extraction
